What began as a modest condo refresh quickly evolved into one of the earliest projects that inspired Pamela Sandall Design’s Mini Flip™ approach — thoughtful, strategic updates designed to dramatically improve the way a home feels, functions, and ultimately performs on the market. By combining creative problem-solving, targeted cosmetic improvements, and presentation-focused styling, this once-overlooked property was transformed into a warm, inviting home that immediately captured buyer attention.

Mini Flip The First Slip Pamela Sandall Design Woodland Hills Condo Makeover

Originally considered an “as-is” property, this condo had been dismissed as requiring more work than it was worth. Rather than approaching the project with a full renovation mindset, Pamela Sandall Design focused on high-impact changes that delivered maximum visual transformation without unnecessary expense. A neglected lower-level storage area was reimagined into a stylish lounge and entertaining space using furniture, lighting, and thoughtful styling to completely shift buyer perception. In the bathroom, failing tile was selectively replaced with fresh glass tile accents while the existing vanity was painted and updated with new fixtures, lighting, and refreshed grout to create the feeling of a fully renovated space at a fraction of the expected cost. Simple kitchen updates, lighting replacements, hardware changes, and strategic styling throughout the home helped reposition the condo from “problem property” to highly desirable listing — ultimately resulting in multiple offers and a dramatically elevated presentation.
