A Collected California Home | Westlake Village

Set within a 1970s Westlake Village home, this project honors the original architecture while introducing a more refined, collected point of view. Rather than reinventing the space, we leaned into its character—preserving the original limestone floors and open, vintage staircase while layering in warmth, color, and pieces gathered over time.

Designed for a close-knit, well-traveled family, the home reflects a vibrant mix of personality, history, and everyday living. Bold color choices, collected pieces from abroad, and a relaxed, layered approach create a space that feels welcoming, expressive, and full of life. It’s a California home that doesn’t take itself too seriously—comfortable, dynamic, and designed to be lived in, shared, and enjoyed.
