A modern condo transformation designed to feel cohesive, comfortable, and easy to live in. The space was thoughtfully planned to support the way the clients move through it, while still keeping a clean, pulled-together aesthetic.
This Simi Valley condo was home to two people working from home, three dogs, two cats, and a wheelchair—so things needed to function well on every level. The floorplan was reworked, the bathroom expanded, and materials were chosen for durability and ease of use, including stain-resistant fabrics and furniture with wheels and glides.
