This Westlake Village home was updated to prepare it for long-term rental as a family investment property. The focus was on creating a clean, functional foundation that would feel fresh and easy to live in.
This view property was refreshed by Pamela Sandall Design as part of a strategic update for a long-term investment. The scope focused on a full refresh, touching nearly every area without moving into full renovation territory.
Flooring was replaced throughout, along with a new kitchen and updated bathrooms, including a reconfiguration of the primary bathroom to improve layout and take advantage of the home’s views. The interiors were repainted, a new appliance package was installed, and select windows were replaced where needed. Exterior improvements included a light refresh to the landscaping to strengthen curb appeal ahead of the spring rental season.
Delivered on time and on budget, the work was designed to create a clean, cohesive home that will perform well as a long-term rental in Westlake Village.
