This is NOT just about the furniture and decor of the home.

We look at your property through the eyes of your buyer. What do they want? What colors are on trend? What sort of spaces appeal to the buyers NOW. We use our Interior Design experience and knowledge of the real estate market to create a product your buyers will LOVE and pay top dollar for.

What we do:

The best part for our agents? WE coordinate and organize the entire project. You tell us your goals, we share our suggestions and together we come up with a plan for the property. You sit back and work on the rest of your marketing plan and we’ll give you the date to schedule the photographer!

What we did:

• Our sellers moved out completely as we had a long list and short timeline
• Painted all interior surfaces, including windows, doors and ceiling.
• Repaired faulty electrical
• Added a simple vanity in a bathroom with an odd niche
• Added a window seat between two closets
• Added ceiling fixtures in the living room, dining room and master bedroom.
• Lightly sanded and re-stained the patio.
• Painted select areas outside
• Re-painted the kitchen cabinets
• Polished the kitchen granite
• Refinished the hardwood floors throughout
• Steam cleaned the bedroom carpeting
• Repaired broken tiles
• Cleaned up the yard, front and back.
• Repaired a rock wall
• Took down a broken fence and repaired another
• Relocated a family of kittens living under the house
• Removed a skate ramp
• Hauled away a rather large truck of garbage

All in, including staging, materials we spent $32,000.

How long did it take:

Once we had the house, it took about three and half weeks to get photo ready.

How’d we do?

This home listed at $1,399,000. Had it listed in “as is” condition, it would have list closer to 1,249,000. Selling price? A big, beautiful $1,525,000. Week one, eight offers :). $125,000 over asking.
